No Refund Policy

  • All sales made on www.bucklayer.com are final.
  • We do not accept refunds for:
  • Change of mind or personal preference changes
  • Sizing issues (unless otherwise stated)
  • Natural variations in leather texture, grain, or color

These variations are inherent to real leather and are not considered defects.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

While refunds are not offered, exchanges may be considered in limited cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received

Any exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Approval of exchanges is subject to inspection and discretion of Bucklayer.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Because our products are handcrafted using real leather:

  • Minor creases, marks, and tonal variations are natural
  • Each product is unique
  • These characteristics do not qualify for refunds or returns

Final Sale Items

All discounted, promotional, or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
