When We Accept Refunds
We offer refunds in cases where a product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue — something that falls below the standard we hold ourselves to. If your order arrives damaged, structurally flawed, or not up to the quality you expected from a handcrafted leather product, we want to make it right.
To raise a refund request:

- •Our team will review and respond promptly
If the issue is verified, we'll process a refund or replacement.
What to Keep in Mind
Because our products are made from real, full-grain leather, some natural characteristics come with the territory — slight tonal variations, grain patterns, and minor surface marks are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. These are not defects.
