Please note there are a small number of locations we are unable to ship to — if your country falls into this category, we will reach out to you directly after your order is placed.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Bucklayer is not liable for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping and billing address is accurate before completing your order. In the event that an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
CUSTOMS
Bucklayer is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied once your order has been dispatched. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update on the carrier's system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and your tracking still shows no updates, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE"
This is normal for some carriers in the early stages of dispatch. Tracking information can take 3–7 business days to appear on the system. If no information is available after 7 business days from your shipping confirmation, please reach out to our team and we will resolve it for you.
